bet500 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and bet500 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They apply to all use of the bet500 website at bet500.onl, including all betting, gaming, deposit, withdrawal and promotional activities carried out through any device.

By accessing or using any part of the bet500 platform — including browsing the site, creating an account, depositing funds or placing a bet — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. You also confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

If you are accessing the platform on behalf of any other person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and that they also meet all eligibility requirements.

2. Eligibility

You must meet all of the following conditions to be eligible to register and use a bet500 account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bet500 is strictly an adults-only platform. We take age verification seriously and reserve the right to request documentation at any time.
• You must be an individual registering for your own personal use — not on behalf of any third party, business or syndicate.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended account on bet500. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously requested permanent account closure on bet500.

bet500 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity and address at any stage of the account lifecycle. This includes during registration, at the time of first withdrawal request and on an ongoing basis as part of our account verification process. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) issued by NADRA.

3. Account Registration

To use the bet500 platform, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for ensuring all details provided — including your full name, date of birth, CNIC number and contact information — are truthful and up to date at all times.

Only one account is permitted per person. This means one account per individual, per household address, per device and per payment method. Creating multiple accounts — whether to claim bonuses more than once, circumvent a suspension or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed and all associated funds being forfeited.

bet500 may require you to complete identity verification (commonly referred to as KYC — Know Your Customer) before processing withdrawals or at any other time. This involves submitting a copy of your CNIC and may include additional documentation such as proof of the payment method used. Accounts that remain unverified after a reasonable request period may be suspended until verification is completed.

You must inform bet500 promptly of any changes to your registered details. Providing false information during registration or at any subsequent point is grounds for immediate account closure.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits and financial transactions on bet500 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not apply any currency conversion on its side. The amount you deposit in PKR is the exact amount credited to your account balance.

bet500 currently supports the following deposit methods for Pakistani players:

• JazzCash – Mobile wallet deposit, typically reflected within minutes
• Easypaisa – Mobile wallet deposit, typically reflected within minutes
• Raast – Instant interbank transfer via Pakistan's central bank system
• Bank Transfer (IBFT) – Standard interbank transfer, typically 1–4 hours during banking hours
• Debit / Credit Cards – Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of deposit in the cashier section of your account. These limits may differ depending on the payment method selected.

bet500 does not accept deposits from third parties. If a deposit is made from a payment account not matching the name on your bet500 account, it may be returned and the transaction reviewed. Processing fees, if any, are the responsibility of the depositing player depending on their payment provider — bet500 does not add any surcharge on its side.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit or to a verified payment account in your own name. Withdrawals are made in PKR and are not subject to any conversion fee on bet500's side.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, your account must be fully verified. This means a valid CNIC copy must have been submitted and approved. Accounts without completed verification will have withdrawal requests held until verification is finalised.

Withdrawal processing times begin from the moment bet500 approves the request, not from the time the request is submitted. Requests submitted outside of normal processing hours may be reviewed on the next business day.

bet500 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts or in cases where account activity requires review. This is a standard security measure to protect the account holder.

Any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds must comply with the wagering requirements applicable to the specific bonus. See Section 6 for details.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

bet500 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. The general principles below apply to all bonuses unless the specific offer terms state otherwise.

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits and minimum odds (for sports bonuses) will be stated clearly in the individual bonus terms.
• bet500 reserves the right to remove a bonus from an account if there is reasonable evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to clear wagering requirements, using multiple accounts, or exploiting technical errors.
• Bonuses that have not been activated or used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the account automatically.
• Cash deposits and bonus funds may be kept in separate balances. Your cash balance is available for withdrawal subject to standard withdrawal conditions, regardless of any active bonus.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on bet500 are subject to the specific rules of the product being used — sports betting, live casino, slot games or other casino games. These product-level rules are displayed within the relevant section of the platform and form part of these Terms.

General betting rules that apply across all products on bet500 include the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled or changed after it has been accepted by the platform, except where a specific cash-out or edit feature is available and active for that particular market.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply and vary by game, market and account status. These are displayed at the point of placing a bet.
• In the event of a technical fault or system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, bet500 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the player's account.
• Cricket markets — including PSL fixtures, T20 internationals, bilateral series and ICC tournaments — are subject to the specific cricket betting rules displayed in the sports section. Match abandonment, Duckworth-Lewis adjustments and super overs are all covered in those rules.
• Live in-play betting is subject to slight delays in odds updates. Bets placed during a delay may be accepted at the odds displayed or voided at bet500's discretion, depending on the specific circumstances.
• bet500 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its sole discretion. This does not affect your right to withdraw your available balance.

For slot games and casino games, the Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is provided by the game supplier and is available in the game information panel. bet500 does not alter RTP values from those set by the game supplier.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on bet500. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate suspension, closure and forfeiture of funds without prior notice:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players in casino or live casino games.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets to neutralise wagering requirements, or using the platform in a way that is clearly not intended for genuine recreational play.
• Any form of harassment, abusive language or threatening behaviour directed at bet500 support staff or other users of the platform.

9. Responsible Gaming

bet500 is committed to providing a gaming environment that is safe, fair and enjoyable. We recognise that for a small number of players, gaming can become problematic — and we take that seriously. • Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Increasing a limit is subject to a cooling-off period.

• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or use of stolen payment methods.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being operated by or for a person under 18 years of age.
• Account inactivity — accounts that have had no login or transaction activity for an extended period may be classified as dormant.
• At the player's own request — you may close your account at any time by contacting support through your account portal.

In cases where an account is suspended pending investigation, funds in the account will be held during the review period. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and access to funds restored. If a breach is confirmed, the relevant provisions of these Terms regarding forfeiture will apply.

12. Limitation of Liability

bet500 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is accessible, accurate and free from technical issues, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bet500 shall not be liable for:

• Any bets voided due to genuine technical errors in odds display or settlement systems — in such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.

Nothing in these Terms limits bet500's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other matter where liability cannot be excluded by law.

13. Changes to These Terms

bet500 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
